Carolyn did a great job helping me and my son out today!!! The task that she took care of in a timely manner. The task was out of her job scope and you would have thought she has been doing the job for years!!She did a wonderful job in taking care of our matter. Hats Off to Carolyn!!!

I was hacked by a company/individual l have never heard of and l reported it to United Financial CU, l was told to come to the office where they took my information and had me sign some paperwork for their investigation team. Within 7 business days they had resolved my issue and the money was replaced back into my account! Very pleasant staff to work with.

United Financial Credit Union is the best. Everyone in the Bridgeport branch treated me with courtesy and respect. You are greeted at the door even with a friendly message on the concrete pavement as well as smiles when you come inside. They are like family!
