I’ve been with United Federal Bank for 20 years. Monday 2/3/25 I logged into our bank account and seen a hacker stole All most of our money. I reported it quickly and the bank closed our account and opened a new account. We’re told we would get new cards well not yet. We’ve done everything that has been asked and still no access. This bank is ruining our lives and do not care. We still do not have our money back to us and unacceptable service because we can not pay our rent or any bills or credit cards. So now they are damaging our credit and our lives. Because of this bank we can be homeless because we put a 60 day notice to move from our rental home to a home we built that we are supposed to close on 3/3/25. I’ve had to sell my clothes just to feed us and gas money to work. When I ask about our money they say you will get a correspondence in the mail 7-10 days and can take up to 45 days. We are being punished is how I’m feeling. Think about losing what you work for your whole check gone that’s exactly what happened to me. There dispute line is awful because no one you talk to English is there first and when I tell them how this hurts us and no money to eat all the sat is so awful. They are FIDC and that’s not helping us. All I see when I close my eyes is I can be homeless because of the bank. Do you think they pay pain and suffering or my late bills because of them? I doubt that very much.

Was told it would take 10 days to correct, what? I've been a member for 50yrs. And this is the treatment l get, why in the hell didn't your security catch this ridiculous action? You have called me for 50.00 before

Kerry was an absolute gem to work with, from the 1st time I sat down with her all the way through closing. Kerry went the extra mile to find where fees could be omitted from a previous mortgage I had. I would defiantly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a mortgage or to refinance. She was wonderful.

I am not sure I like the customer service I received.

I saw that my debit card expires 10/24. I saw that I have 2 weeks so I contacted the bank to inquire when I will get the new debit card only to be told that my card expires 10/26. I had to inform them that is NOT the case, it expires on 10/24 to the point I had to show them my card.

The lady saw the card and went ahead and deactivated it! She inform me I would have to wait 7-10 business days! I informed her that I needed access to my accounts and my card didn't need to be deactivated. She then informs me "what if" scenarios to the point I was like--"forget about it. I don't want to deal with you anymore."

Now I have to use a credit card for everyday purchases instead of my debit card. Ugh UFCU--you're suppose to be "listening" to your customers--apparently you're not.

Went to a banker to set an appointment up arrived at my appointment, everybody was standing around talking not really attentive to any customers. When I was finally able to see a banker we started for 15 mins and she said I would be contacted that day or the next day. When she finally reached out to me the next day About information that was discussed the previous day The banker that I talked to was the one who called me and was very rude when she was telling me my information we spoke about the day before. Her tone was very disrespectful, downgrading and she was not helpful at all. It was more of a hurry up tell her the information and get off. Don't recommend this bank, or their staff. Kim was my professional banker and she should not be in customer service even if that means working in a bank.
