Honestly, I opened an account at United Bank because it's the bank my paychecks are written on and it's conveniently close to work. But I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff, and shortly after, was pleasantly surprised again by how quickly my online deposit was processed. I intend to open a savings account there soon, not because of the convenience of location, but because they've proven to me that I can count on them. Thanks United Bank!

ATM will steal your money and the bank will not help whatsoever to make it right, even though they acknowledged that they were 100% aware of the problem prior to my attempt to use the atm. They also charge more than a $3 fee to use the atm. They charged me $5, my bank confirmed that with me. Now I have to get a new card and reset all of my online payments due to banks shady practices and bad equipment ! Ron Johnson bank manager was extremely rude and unwilling to help at all, when I asked him to confirm in writing that I did not receive the cash. He claims he didn’t see me even though I called while I was still in front of the atm.

Opened my account just to have me sign the paperwork then closed it with no explanation. I'm 89 years old. I don't have much time left for bull honkey. Wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone.
