Insurance agencies are a dime a dozen and you should steer clear of this one. This place is horrible and Reilly is a fraud. I paid for 6 months of insurance for my car but a couple weeks in, it stopped working because of mechanical issues so it was gonna have to be shelved while I save up for the problems. I canceled my policy SEPTEMBER 30th through Reilly and I still have not received my refund. I will likely never get my refund of over $1.5k. It’s a shame.

Edit in regards to the “lost” check: Reilley lied on multiple occasions. He lied about getting a check reissued TWICE. The company has no record of any time he requested it aside from the inital request and one that was barely sent a couple weeks ago despite the cancellation being in SEPTEMBER. It is not pocket change, it’s a significant amount. He doesn’t genuinely care about his clients and that’s extremely evident in his interactions. He lied about not being able to get the reissued check to my address rather than his. He lies and backtracks so much and it’s obvious.
