I called Umialik Insurance because I could not get into my online account. Within minutes, I was in! And then I noticed that I was being asked to pay house insurance on a home I'd sold, so the representative helped me understand both what to do to change that and how to change my own settings to prevent an autopay. They were very, very polite, efficient and on top of things. Calling them pays off as you save time and money, and lower your stress about insurance.

Had an issue with my account and Brenda went above and beyond to assist me. Great personality and sense of humor (which is a a bonus). Called me back, stayed on the phone to make sure everything was taken care of. If I need assistance again I hope she is the one that answers the phone. Really appreciated everything you did for me. After contacting them over the course of several months, informing them I am not getting my statements in a timely manner and wish to transition to autopay they canceled my policy without notice. I even had payment I sent on file which they had cashed but never applied.
I have records if emails and calls requesting access to the site so I could set up auto pay.
All they have offered was an ‘i’m sorry’
This is the second time in 20 years we have worked with them and sadly their customer service is still very poor.

I called Umialik Insurance to have someone take me through the payment process on my desktop computer. I had tried to make a payment and had four failed attempts though I have paid online every month in the past. The person who helped me took me through the process of making a payment on my phone, which isn't what I wanted, but he didn't know what was wrong with the system when I tried paying on the website.

ASHLEY was very knowledgeable, helpful, understanding, compassionate and very friendly. I was happy to work with her and pleased with the results.
Your automated system, on the other hand, needs a lot of work. It did not recognize my DOB after 3 times input and the algorithm took me round and round, didn't finish directions, cut questions short and hung up on me twice. NEEDS A LOT OF WORK !!!!!!!
