This is not the way to run an app for a bank - The app for your bank should be up and running 24/7 365. Because your app is not working correctly, I have to arrange different payment methods and be embarrassed in front of my friends, because I cannot transfer funds. Thanks for making me look like a deadbeat! If I could give zero stars I would.

I've been doing business with UARKFCU for 13 years. Every employee I've dealt with is very professional and personable at all the locations, UAMS and Fayetteville. We've financed all our new vehicles with UARKFCU and refinanced our home with them. We do auto-pay out of our savings account and never have had a problem. UARK, you guys are awesome! Thank you!

Cant make a payment, system always down....called and customer service was useless, said $6 fee to use visa since online banking has (KINKS) they say...He told me to go to some link to make a payment but no such link existed...Called them back and got a voice message (REALLY) from a bank....called again no answer....I Cant make a payment but they will definately charge a late fee if I dont...every other month their is a problem...find another lender because this place is unprofessional and clueless. Worst experience from a bank.What was I thinking...
