The people at UARK were super friendly and helpful. The loan officer, Paisley, was knowledgeable and attentive. She worked with me on buying a car out of state and got me a great rate. Also, the GAP insurance they offered was better than the dealership.

I've never had a worse banking experience.
This is a loan company, that masquerades as a banking institution.

Abysmal Customer Service - every thing is outsourced; have an Online Banking issue? Only one person can help & they're never there; Problem logging in to your app? Same response.

Sophomoric Fraud Safeguards - randomly declining Auto Drafts that have been in the system for years, and freezing your debit card up, because "Fraud" - this exact situation nearly cost me a 20 year old Life Insurance Policy, that had been Auto Drafting premiums, been denied, and I errantly dismissed a couple of emails from the insurance agency, as marketing - they were trying to alert me my sizeable policy was about to drop.

Signs of poor business from third parties - when gas stations won't let you use a pump, without $150 holds - but then I use another bank's card in the same pump, no issues; other companies refuse to let you use this account for Auto Drafting, because of issues they've had getting paid - or not acknowledging them as a banking institution, in general.

In an attempt to support local, get into a credit union & hopefully take advantage of better rates & collective ownership, we went with UARK Fed - and I haven't been happier to leave a banking institution, than I am right now.

Emptying & closing all of my accounts, looking forward to a less stressful financial management experience, with a different institution.

I have been banking with UARK for a little over a year and have had nothing but exceptional service from the staff. I also call at bare minnimum once a week for help with my account, so for them to consistently provide excellent care and service is amazing.
I would reccomend banking with UARK to all my friends and family.
