I've been absolutely flabbergasted at the lack of professionalism from the Tyrol agency. I've had my business insurance through them for several years, and I never heard a peep. No offers to review my coverage, no check in, nothing. Then one day Steven saw on my social media that I was in the thick of an expansion, and reached out to do a review of coverage because he saw dollar signs.i was way too busy at that point, so I declined. Apparently they did an internal review of my coverage, and decided I didn't have enough, and benefits were added to my policy, at additional premium, without every talking to me. When I called them on it, I received no apologies, only a statement of "we think it's something you should have." Perhaps you should have talked to the owner of the company that pays the bills. When I escalated it to Steven (the owner) I was told "I only would have made 10 dollars off that commission anyways". I explained the poor form of the matter, and I was told to go Google other agents to take care of me instead. So I did just that. What a bunch of jokers. A simple apology would have gone a long way.
