This has been the best rental company that I have ever dealt with! Mickey and her team are genuine, respond back promptly, send emails informing residents of upcoming work that is to be done, etc.... I have yet to have a bad experience at all. The apartments are beautiful, and nicely renovated. This team is awesome, and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for an apartment.

I have been living here a long time through many new owners. I love the area and the apartments. I must say that this new group are some of the best people you will ever meet. Everyone is so nice and friendly. Micky you are number 1 in my book. Always so polite and just the sweetest lady. No hassles, just put in your complaint and they are on it quickly. I will tell you how to fight them if you are suffering here...

1. Diatomaceous Earth or Cimexa bed bug powder is the only way to make an impact but it is hard to not breath in and harm yourself over time. Bug bombs and spray does nothing. 91% isopropyl alcohol will kill them on contact in seconds. They crinkle and put their butt in the air when they die this way. do nut crush them you can scatter eggs. Females lay up to like 50+ and males mate multiple times a day. They fo some weird stuff bro trust me. I do my research. They hate Essential oils but they don't care. They will drop down from your ceiling and do 180 drop down combat to evolve if you make the bed inaccessible say by metal base or something similar... Just don't live here... Tape is actually the only true way to fight them and cut them off...

"I would rate this place 5/5 because as King of The Bed Bugs it has everything I want from insects that spit on me and feast upon my blood at night and drop down from my ceilings and ignore any attempts at exterminating from uncaring and negligent landlords while I also get to hear the neighbors from above stomp 24/7 as I send my army in droves to pour out of your light fixture from above... The neighbors downstairs will also be aggressive and lunch your door. I believe I even heard someone smashed someone's plants outside once..."

It is a wonderful business, I love working with them, the maintenance of the properties they manage is unbeatable, perfectly clean and comfortable, you will not regret renting one of them, Micky, Pattsy and everyone are lovely, responsible, respectful, efficient, they always attended to me in a timely manner as it should be, I highly recommend them.
