The teller at the drive tru window was rushing and gave my card and account information to anther customer a man and he pulled off. Her comment was he can't use it very upset thinking of closing my account stressed out all weekend.

Been banking with them for years. They gave me an account when no one else would and for that they will always have my loyalty. I do wish they would install an ATM that will take deposits. They did at one time and now they don’t. Cannot make a deposit unless the bank is open and that can be inconvenient.

Incredibly inaccurate. Wanted to inquire about their commercial loans which was promoted on the website. Got to their business lending department and they said they didn’t do any type of business loans, the woman on the other line came off a bit condescending as well. Left me confused as they have a whole section on their website indicating they do lol. Expected more accurate information from an established business.

Overall these guys are awesome. Long wait times on phones but they’re super helpful. Frustrating they’re not open on the weekends however I’d rather deal with them than a bigger bank any day.

Wanted to start a new account but my brother had broke down the day of my appointment and needed my help. So I called to reschedule and the lady was mean and rude. Told me I couldnt come the next Monday cause they were booked and only gave me Tuesday as an option to come in. I said I'm busy Tuesday and she said well you cant come Monday! That was it for me. I want to know my money is with friendly people I can trust. Clearly I can not trust the people in Carthage.
