Very disappointed with this group as they came highly recommended. This year I was encountered with a situation that required me to file my returns in early February. I spoke with my CPA and he assured me that he would be able to complete it within a week or two. I uploaded all the required documents and sent a confirmation email and text. From there it started; the promised target date kept getting pushed back further and further. I was never able to directly speak with my CPA after leaving voicemails and sending emails. I was always directed to the secretary or the junior CPA who promised another target date that was inevitably not met. I ultimately didn’t hear back from my CPA until the Saturday before the tax deadline. Of course we had to file extension so we could further review several areas. I was then told that we would soon have an in person meeting to review the return and set golas for the upcoming year. I’ve reached out twice to coordinate this appointment and have not heard back. Keep in mind I was promised this last year as well.

I hate that I have to write this review but I believe prospective clients should be cautious before engaging with this group.
