I have been with truist aka suntrust bank for 22 yrs with same original acct. I'm using a new branch bc we have moved back to area. I have met 2 super nice ladies so far that are very knowledgeable of banking. The lady today was Ms. JANET A. she helped us do something that we have never done before. Make a wire transfer. We got there at 4pm. And omgoodness what a fine, kind, sweet, knowledgeable person. She answered all my questions within looking at us like we should know this. She took the time to listen. Answered questions. Helped us get on our way. And I found out the wire got there already.!!!! Don't hesitate to talk to her in English or Spanish. She NOT A RUDE person. With soo many different people (nationalities coming into bank) She is sweet an kind with a smile that relaxed us. We are from the Tennessee state where we don't come across rude people. An I'm proud I met her. The bank has a good one here. A keeper. And she can spell out numbers like Eight or Three lol

I have been banking starting with Hillsborough Bank for 45 years. It has change names several times over the years. My account has stayed the same until BB&T Bank purchase Sun Trust and change the name to Truist Bank. Now I lost all my checking benefits after 45 years. I came into the bank and the desk that sits on the left side (east) and talked with a young lady their and express my concerns about my checking account losing all my benefits and that I change over to Mid Florida Bank. I told her that they were getting a lot of your customers because of the changes. The lady told me that that was ok we are getting more customers than we are losing. That sure didn't make me feel good after 45 years. It's not the employees fault it's corporate. Now about the employees at the Mulberry branch. Lisa, Erin and Samantha not only treated me good as a customer, they treated me like FAMILY!!. They are the BEST and I will sincerely miss you guys. Robert F.

Worst kinda of a bank ever. They retried to charge me $200 to open an account here because they said in 12 years ago I owe SunTrust money which I don't. I got bank accounts everywhere where else. They also charge for checking accounts and for checks but you must buy alot of checks and not just one. No one in line or phone calls I heard got anything positive.

This bank has got to be the slowest around. Drive thru moves at a snails pace and you need to set aside 30+min to sit in line just 3 cars deep. 1 teller working inside lines and drive thru shouldn't be something either customer has to deal with! I wish they would have kept the 540a location open.

The staff is always friendly and courteous so this location is fine, the review is more of the financial institution itself.

I will be moving my business to another bank, because suntrust is just a joke.

An account positive for 4 years with a significant direct deposit is continually rejected for ANY credit services yet I have 3rd parties left and right oferring me credit cards, auto refinancing. Yet my bank NEVER wants to do ANYTHING for me.

You just want to soak up all of my money and have me continue to be a member although i receive 0 benefits, perks, or leniency. Any account issues have taken FOREVER (48 hours - 2 weeks) to rectify.

Shame on you suntrust for how poorly you treat your customers, its an ugly offensive joke.

SunTrust will now allow my son to deposit cash he owes me in to my account. Teller manager Lisa immediately have attitude but don't like it when you give them the same attitude in return.

Update: they also ALWAYS have a line at drive thru. I know that’s not their fault but if you’re looking to have a quick visit, Do NOT come here. Even inside is slow.
