Best bank I’ve ever had. They have consistently beat any rate I’ve been offered, both credit card and auto loan. Their customer service in their branch, call center, and loan office has been stellar.

And if that wasn’t enough, their mobile app is the best I’ve ever seen outside of 2 online only ones that went out of business during my use of them.

10 out of 10, highly recommend.

I came to get a loan they only had one loan officer there who was busy so I scheduled an appointment so I wouldn’t have to wait longer. Then when I got to my appointment I waited for 45 minutes and they still couldn’t see me. I was really irritated because they should have told me they were not going to care about me having an appointment scheduled and would prioritize another person instead of having me wait.

Used to be a great place to do my banking. Now it's such a pain. Trying to send funds to my SIL in TX via online transfers. Was able to get it done 2 months ago, now there are some kind of limits. Tried calling customer service and you can't speak with anyone local. You end up getting some co-op center and they are completely clueless. Extremely maddening

Great customer service. After shopping around I went in to apply for an auto loan, it was super quick and hassle free. My Loan Officer, Daniel, was extremely attentive and helpful through the entire process! Great rates too!

Great customer service! Went in to make a payment for my wife, I was in line, behind 4 other people. The supervisor was fast, quick, and very friendly. They work as a team. Thats an A++ from me. Jalen helped me, and was really nice. Had some questions and he explained the reason he can't release any info to me. I think everyone said have a great day to me, thats amazing. You guys are doing a great job.

You cannot make a payment on your loan without being taxed an extra $5. There is a $5 fee to use a debit card or credit card over the phone or online (how do they expect to get paid?). My location does not have a physical branch so I'm forced to pay the bank extra On Top of my interest which they are already accumulating. Not only that but they charge me an additional $5 for a "bad address fee" even though my address is correct. This bank is designed to rob you of as much as possible. Avoid them at all cost.
