These days everything is getting crazy. But my never had a lic before son went and bought his first car and got his driver's lic and we were paying 2x the car payment for car insurance that i have never actually spoken to a human. Our policy was questionable and the price kept increasing. I asked them why and they said state pricing went up. A full 6 month policy cost more then the car. And i find Troy and his team and my prayers have been answered. I spoke to one of the sweetest girls in the office. We emailed i mean many ways to communicate with a real person. Then they did it they took all my information increased the coverage added renters insurance and lifted the weight off my shoulders. They came in almost 100 less then what i was paying. They also so many other policies to offer i can actually afford pet insurance now. All i know is no matter what your previous thoughts are contact this agents office have them just run a fresh quote for you and see what happens. Cause i tell ya i am cheap and have been rechecking my insurance prices regularly and other agents never gave me this kind of deal. But agents and his team actually took the time to go over things and now look they are the best neighbors the kind you invite to bbq . I highly reccommend contacting them!

We have had the same independent insurance agent for over 20 years. In that time, we have utilized over 10 different insurance companies for our home, auto, RV, umbrella and business policies.
This year, after a 30% to 60% premium increase on multiple polices, we decided to give the Troy Gonzales State Farm agency a chance to quote coverages. Honestly, quite skeptical that one carrier could provide competitive pricing and the type of interaction that we have received from our independent agent. I am thrilled to report that the quoting process and now the actual writing of policies were handled EXTREMELY professional, streamlined and expediently! More importantly, I am saving at least 30% to 40% over the quotes provided from my independent agent and receiving more coverage for our home to the tune of $120k! We were definitely under insured and are now very comfortable with possible replacement costs, in the event of a disaster.
