I am not usually one to leave reviews on anything, so the fact that I am prompted to say how amazing these people are speaks volumes. Everyone I interacted with was exceedingly pleasant. I spoke most with a young man named Taylor who was very patient and knowledgeable, and more than willing to explain things and answer the myriad questions I had. I've never had such a great experience with any other insurance agency in my life, and I will definitely be recommending Troy and his staff to my friends and coworkers. Shopping around for a better rate when my current insurance was up for renewal. Everything was handled promptly and professionally. Lauren was extremely pleasant and great to work with. Troy’s office had called me 2 years ago and the person I spoke to really dropped the ball so I told him to forget about it. I was happy with the company I was with. Since then, I have received multiple follow up emails and calls apologizing for the bad experience and telling me the person was no longer with them.
Finally, last week I am in the middle of getting quotes from another company and I get a call from Sarah. It would have been easy to say no because I was actually looking and my new quotes and I was saving money with someone else.
I explained what happened years past and just the way she presented herself and spoke to me apologizing for what happened and assuring me that Troy holds each of his clients at the highest standard. She was so professional and spoke to me so well, I told her to run me some quotes
