I’ve lived at Trademark for a little over a year, and it’s been nothing short of amazing! The apartments are modern, the building is quiet, and the amenities—pool, gym, fire pit, and more—are top-notch. The community is friendly, and I feel incredibly safe living here. Alejandra, the property manager, and Veronica, the leasing consultant, are fantastic, always going above and beyond. Maintenance is exceptional. Plus, with pizza, ice cream, Q'bo and iCRYO below and the train station nearby, convenience is unbeatable. If you're considering Trademark, don’t hesitate—it's the best place to live in Fairfield!

So I’ve lived here since September 2021. Just over 3 years. In my time here, I have no complaints. The community is generally pretty respectful of each other. The units are nice. Maintenance is prompt when requested. The grounds are well kept and any messes you may notice are cleaned quickly. Packages are secure. There is pizza, ice cream, a recovery specialty place, and a small cafe/diner all in the same unit so you don’t have to leave if you don’t want to. If you fancy a walk across the street, there’s Asian restaurant and a hot dog joint that was featured on Triple D! There is covered parking if you wish (obviously for a fee).

I have to applaud the leasing office and the manager, Alex though. They make you feel like a part of the community. It’s on the smaller side, which I appreciated. Alex was always friendly and listened to concerns. She was able to make reasonable accommodations if needed. All in all, I have had an excellent experience, and I will be sad to leave. Highly recommend.

The community here is wonderful, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The apartments are well-designed and comfortable, with everything you need to feel at home. Moving into the Trademark was the best decision of my life. The management are so attentive and kind, the amenities and space are beautiful, and the residents are wonderful to talk to. I am right above Sally’s Pizza, Tabitha’s ice cream, and a coffee shop. Ideal location with ideal people.

I lived here for two years and it was nothing short of spectacular. The community was friendly and the staff were extremely professional and supportive. Alejandra is the property manager and she takes her job very seriously, oftentimes working off hours to deal with any issues we had. Veronica the leasing consultant is also very friendly and professional and goes above and beyond to provide a relaxing experience at this property. Maintenance was never lacking, with daily cleaning and Guy, who was the ultimate maintenance professional.
Living here sets the bar so high for anywhere else you’ve been or would like to go to. If you’re on the fence about coming here, make that phone call and start the Trademark experience!
