This is my first time at this branch today and I came in to resolve an issue that’s been ongoing for a couple of months now.

Mary and Cory worked together to help resolve my issue. I greatly appreciate them. The customer service here is definitely top-tier. I recommend this branch for, new accounts or servicing existing accounts.

Other things to note: ample free parking, friendly staff, great location, and great lobby hours.

The staff was so incredibly friendly and helpful! We were immediately greeted with a warm welcome by the receptionist and immediately seen by a professional! I have been a customer for years. However, I’m considering removing all of my assets from this bank. I opened an Estate account with them, and they lost my check for the account and then charged ME fees for the mistake. Today, I made them aware of a problem with my Debit card. I was told basically that it wasn’t their problem, and treated like I was being irrational. Not something I want to keep putting up with. I do NOT recommend them.

Like Tower Federal Credit Union but a bit frustrating when ATM is occasionally not working/Out of Service on weekends. Maybe hire a service attendant 24/7 on-call to fix at notice? Also, trash is all around the ATM and drive-thru ATM. Consider calling a cleaning crew to clean areas. I'd like to see Police/Security posted in the parking lot throughout the day & night.
