Tonya Williams Agency has to be one of the best insurance agencies in the business. Had insurance with Tonya Williams insurance for approximately two years now. Moved to Arab and found Tonya because I was looking for a local company to do business with. Have had several complications concerning billing and this has been pretty frustrating. Most of the ppl who work there have been friendly and easy to communicate with. Tonya shopped around and got me a good insurance rate. Overall I give them an 8/10 for customer service.
