Patience patience patience. My sell/buy experience in the end worked out perfectly. I was so nervous about both deals growing through. Tom would calm my nerves and assure me everything was going to work out. He was so right. This is the second time I’ve worked with Tom. Great Experience. Tom was great from start to finish. Looking for the right property while living in another state can be challenging, but Tom was there every step of the way. Low Pressure Tom Thomas. Working with Tom and his team was great and just our speed. It was a low pressure experience that gave us plenty of time (~9mo) to find exactly what we were looking for and we couldn’t be happy. Tom’s easy going demeanor really catered to us as we have far too much else going on in life to add another stressor. Tom definitely knows the Estes Valley market and I would recommend him to anyone.
