The credit Union's Customer Service is a 10.

However, the tellers that work at the back are mostly clueless of their policies, and products.

This credit union has messed up our account on numerous occasions, and have taken repeated steps to fix the same problem.

Not to mention, there are constant blocks on our cards, because I'm guessing the back thinks it's fraud, which is understandable...but they don't even have a fraud number that you can call after hours. Right now, we are out of town, and our card was declined...no one to call.

If you want FULL customer service without all of the unnecessary* episodes* that happen, then PLEASE don't bank with this bank. We do our best to support the black communities, and we have given this bank chance after change to no avail.

My professional opinion is to run toward another credit union in the city 😢

I've been going to the Dorr street location for years. I love the environment, the employees are always courteous and get you out the door in a very timely manner. I've never had a negative experience with them.

I have been in this Credit Union many times and every time I go the service is very friendly and professional. I believe it's an asset to our community and many people have benefited from their service. I will keep my business account there. The CEO has been very helpful and she keep a smile on her face.

Not happy with anything the debit card declining, direct deposit declined idk what’s going on can’t talk to nobody phone just ringing and ringing. I’m glad I did not close my other bank account so at least I can have my paycheck deposit there. I thought it would be the right thing to bank with them but I’m just very disappointed in the services given. Reconsidering my decision.

I’m closing my account with these guys! Poor customer service. They never have anybody to answer the phones. An can’t tell you when a manager will be in to address any issues one may have! For this being a black owned an operated business it makes us look bad! I so disappointed 😔! Sat one the phone for an half an hour waiting for someone to answer before giving up. The on top of it everyone in its directory can’t leave a message! I really regret opening an account with them! Will be closing it today!!

Do not bank with them!! Save yourself the headache an hassle! Door an Detroit location!!

There was a time I loved the Dorr/Detroit branch. Urban federal had mature and awesome employees. They offered the best customer service in town, however things have really changed. The new Employees do not offer the same great customer service and can be rude at times. I plan to start utilizing the new location and hope to get the good service again.

I made this my credit union almost a year ago and I'm so glad I did. I love them all. My money is always available to me. They are always concerned with they people. I'm always buying books 😃 I absolutely love that they do this. Iam one satisfied customer. Although I never been to the location downtown I love at my people at the dorr location.
