Our house basically staged a coup and many things broke all at once. Our home warranty was sorta helping but on Friday, when a pipe burst under the house, I full on panicked. Thinking this was going to be thousands of dollars, I called Todd. (He had been our agent for MAYBE 3 weeks because our previous agent retired.) In a 6 minute phone call, he talked me off the ledge. He provided as much assistance as humanly possible & by the end of the day everything was back together. Here is a detail that struck me- the plumber I had couldn't come back until middle of the following week. Todd's reaction, "Well let me help you get this taken care of today." And he did! This is the customer service we all want when we are already under so much stress. I highly recommend Todd for all your insurance needs.
