Tim Workman State Farm agency has been my insurance agent for years. The entire staff is amazing. They have been there for me with my auto and homeowners insurance needs. I make changes to auto policies thru new vehicles without any issues. I feel confident that my insurance coverage is great and affordable. I have recommended my daughter and granddaughter to his agency for their insurance coverage. If you need new insurance coverage this is the best Agent in Knox County. I have been a State Farm customer for over 40 years since I bought my first car. Recently my daughter moved from California and sold her car, so we needed to cancel her renters and car insurance. My daughters accounts were serviced by an agent in California but billed on my account in Ohio. The renters and car insurance were canceled but the payment for daughters life policy was lost in the system. Rick at Tim's office worked diligently to resolve the problem and kept me updated during each step of the process. His efforts kept my daughters life policy from being canceled. This is only one example of how they have modeled great customer care for me over the years.

I’ve been a customer of Tim Workman’s State Farm office for over 15 years, and they’ve always done a solid job for me. After working with an out of area insurance agency for the past several years, I wanted to deal "face to face" with a local agent and agency. I had no appointment but was warmly greeted by Agent Laurie Whitman who allowed me all the time I needed in order for her to work on a quote for both home and auto. She was attentive and quickly responded with a quote that certainly got my attention. Bottom line, she was able to offer comparable converage to the insurance I had and I'm now their "new customer". Not only am I able to sit across from an agent but she was able to provide me with a considerable savings from my former policy coverage.

10/10 if I could! They are super nice and always find a way to work with us! They work really hard to give the best rates and home coverage. I have auto and renters and they are the best for both. I just have liability and they have the best coverage! Other insurance places couldn’t give me a decent bundle on both policies but State Farm does! Couldn’t be happier with my experience with them!
