I’ve been with this State Farm Agency for 10 years. Ramona (Mona) Colon has been extremely helpful with our claim on damages to our house and was able to get the adjustment to the claim moved through the system in a very timely fashion. Her friendly demeanor makes her a delight to work with.

I recently had some issue with my policy and I call my agent office. I spoke with Ms Estefanj Rodriguez. I was really impressed and appreciative with the service she provided to me.
