If I could this place a zero star that would be more reflective of the customer service my father was given by Diana. Her lack of customer service based on how she was replying seemed like she did not care! I was added to my father’s policy without his consent just because I’m a listed driver under his address even though I have my own car and have had my own insurance for years!

LUIS ACOSTA provides excellent customer service. I had a very difficult insurance problem and I was out of town. After several calls to other agencies and no help, LUIS displayed a can do attitude towards a difficult problem and saw it through to the end!! At the end it was his customer service and team work approach that finalized my insurance decision!

They’re not open when they should be and I pay bills on weekends and they should be open on Saturday but they weren’t?
This is an inconvenience to those that pay on the weekends.
