Signed up for professional liability insurance. 1month later i received a letter of cancellation. Insurance was paid in full for 1 year. Called twice to find out why. No response at all. Still don't know why and at this point i don't care. I moved on to a reputable company. Stay far far away. You will never reach them if you have a claim

Sent two emails asking for an explanation of why my rate was so high- no reply. Third email I asked if she was interested in keeping my business. She then replied. At that point I had already begun to shop around. Found a rate that was literally 12 months of car insurance for what she wanted for 6 months of coverage. I canceled the policy. She explained that I should have called instead of emailed. I’ve emailed her several times in the past and she was responsive. She said due to COVID she wasn’t able to respond as quickly. I’m not sure why email was impacted by COVID? Was charged for August. I had requested the cancellation mid July. She sent me a form that had no farmers logo for cancellation, I competed it and sent it back immediately... after the account was drafted I asked her if the policy had been cancelled and she said she submitted the paperwork- online account still showed the policy as active. I then called the 800 number and it was cancelled in 5 minutes. Refund to be placed in my bank in 3 business days.

She is a family owned business. She gives 100% to her clients and truly treats her clients like they're families!!! If there are millions of stars that is what I would give this business!!!! I would give 10 stars if I could!!! A family owned business who are extremely helpful and knowledgeable! They are so friendly and go above and beyond with their service to make sure I was happy! Madison was so personable and made sure all the information was presented to me in a way that I could understand and made sure that I was not missing anything.

My god, the auto insurance rates through this provider are through the roof. I am a student with no accident history, was paying close to *$300/mo* for my auto insurance policy. Just obscene. I called MULTIPLE times, trying to understand why my rate was so high but met dead ends each time. Was promised that they would look into it, blah blah. Received no follow up each time. Eventually I got tired and fed up with it and switched to a different provider, who quoted me 1/3 of what I was paying... never coming back to this terrible provider again.

Steer clear of this company. Very unprofessional. My emails aren’t replied to, phone calls are never returned. Full of empty promises.... When I finally got ahold of someone they blamed it on COVID. Apparently COVID makes you unable to follow up with prospective clients. Take your money elsewhere!
