In the past, the service with this company was stellar and I would have recommended them immediately. Over the past months, trying to get records has become extremely horrible and almost nerve wrecking. I have requests that are open from June of this year or that takes more than 30 days to receive one of the requested documents. I chose to use this entity because in the past, they were proven to provide the service faster than the hospitals, that is no longer the case. When I complained about the issues and asked for expedited services with reduced charges due to the wait time, I was met with defensiveness and hostility. I have not made any new request to this entity due to the lack of getting my documents timely and the customer service aspect is not becoming. You cannot be mad at your client for voicing your concern regarding the service or lack thereof. Instead, work on the issues that are presented.

This is a very professional and super efficient service! After trying to deal with providers directly (which led to hours on hold and constant runaround) in addition to juggling all the other legal tasks of running a firm, it was a no-brainer to let The Records Company team handle this for me at a flat rate so I can focus on more important things! I appreciate this team for all they do for me and my clients.

This is a super easy and efficient way to get your records and billing records. The online portal is very user-friendly and the customer service is excellent. Clients receive email notifications on the status of their requests until they are received and all updates can be accessed through the portal as well. As an independent paralegal, I've seen this service streamline the retrieval process for several of my clients and I am a big fan!

I have had issues with this company providing timely records especially when the requested items were to be expedited. Instead of being met with good CSR to resolve the issue, I was meet with push back and no remedy.
