I thoroughly enjoy staying as a resident of the Mount Vernon Company. The staff at this company are exceptional and the apartments are well located and constantly up to date. In addition to what makes Mount Vernon a nice apartment complex are the maintenance staff. I am absolutely thrilled with my experience with Brian and Connor from Mount Vernon Company! From start to finish, their professionalism and expertise were evident. They took the time to understand my needs and provided exceptional service, ensuring every detail was perfect. I would highly recommend Mount Vernon Company. The maintenance crew is reliable, responsive, and thorough. Bryan is a terrific example of this amazing maintenance team. He is a terrific, hard-working guy that made us feel secure if we ever needed maintenance support at the apartment. Bryan was always able to fix whatever needed to be done. We appreciate Bryan's friendly demeanor and kindness. He went above and beyond for us, and our interactions with him will always make us reflect positively on our time with Mount Vernon.

Living in a Mount Vernon Company residence, our experience with the maintenance has been really pleasant so far. Paul Jadusingh, of the maintenance team, is very efficient and professional. He has always responded to problems promptly and fixed issues effectively. His range of skills is commendable as well, as he as successfully fixed variety of problems whether being appliances, plumbing, fixtures, or electric related. On top of his technical skills and promptness, he is also excellent in terms of etiquette, manners, presentation and communication, which in my opinion is very important to have in his profession and people-facing role.

I have had the best experience with the maintenance team at Mount Vernon. Conor and Bryan are so professional and get things done effectively and swiftly. I have been very impressed and grateful for Bryan’s help as he’s opened locked rooftop doors at night, fixed faucet, washer, dishwasher, as a few examples and even helped me hang large 80” tall paintings in my apartment. I cannot say enough good things about his work.
