The Moldenhauer Group, specifically David Bright, was fantastic to work with! David helped us secure an investment property as out-of-state clients and made the process very smooth. He is knowledgeable about the area and has all of the contacts an out-of-state owner needs trades, city, managers, etc. We had a lot of hurdles to overcome on our deal that required David to work closely with the city and he got us over the finish line. David truly puts his client's best interests ahead of his own and is a professional in every way. 5 stars all the way!

Hayle was absolutely the best realtor. She went above and beyond to sell my house. She held the open houses and answered questions about the property. Her professionalism was top notch. On line comparing comps with a home that I currently own. I never added my phone number to anything associated with my search. A team member for Moldenhauer reached out to me wanting to help with the mind set that I had contacted them. (I did not.) I told the team member that I was simply comparing some homes to one that I owned and I did not need any additional assistance. The following day, I get the call again. I reminded the team member that I had told them yesterday that I was comparing homes to something that I already owned and I did not need any help. With a great degree of arrogance and sarcasm, I was told by the team member that they had not contacted me the day before.
Please Moldenhauer, being pushy and less that honest about how you were contacted and received my information along with continuing to contact me after I was clear that I did not require your services is not an ideal way to operate your business model.
