I just worked on a transaction with Karen Molck. As a lender, I can say she impressed me beyond measure. After 33 years in the industry, I don't say that lightly. I can honestly say I don't think the buyers would have been able to make this property work without all she did.

I did a $12,000 land deal as the seller with this group. I expressed to the realtor that I wanted to net $10,000. When we agreed with the $12,000 I said to her you get your $1200 and my fees are $800 so that works and the realtor agreed. We closed and I netted $10,100. It was all good. Then 4 days later they sent me an updated closing statement adding a transaction fee to Keller Williams for $695. I couldn’t find it anywhere on my original contract. Finally the realtor got back to me and said it was listed under “additions” and there is tiny small printing was the fee. I complained and the realtor told me that since I signed it it was standing. I tried to be nice but I finally lost it to the title company girl and Scott Lander who is the broker. He scolded me like a 2 year old and said he would have taken the fee off but since I cussed at him he would not take it off. How’s that for bullcrap? don’t do business with these people. Or if you do read every single line and especially the small print. THE OWNERS REPLY IS BOGUS . He would not have refunded that fee to me no matter what. Don’t do business with them. They will charge you a $695 transaction fee NO MATTER WHAT. Other realtors in the area don’t charge it. Save yourself $695 and go with someone else. I just called another Keller Williams group in Kingman, The Hassell Team Keller Williams and they told me that they do NOT charge the fee. Save yourself $695…….charging $695 doesn’t make Lander the better realtor. ?

These people are not good humans. They double escrowed our house and tied up our plans to sell. They never had any intentions of purchasing our house, only intentions to sell it during the interim of our open escrow. They pulled out at the 23rd hour and 29th day because they obviously couldn’t find a buyer. This is unethical if not illegal. Buyer/seller beware of these con artists. They only have their best interests at heart. They never cared about our plans to sell our home even though they pretended to initially.

We worked with Caitlin Mcdade. I first started talking with her last year as my wife and I were looking for locations to retire near the Colorado River as we are boating enthusiasts. Caitlin sent us updates to look at continually which was extremely helpful. We finally settled on the Kingman area due to it's elevation and smaller town atmosphere. Caitlin showed us many homes. We found the house that matched what we were looking for. She helped us through all the aspects of purchasing our house from the very beginning of the process to being there at the house handing us the keys to it at the end!
