Called 9:30 Thursday morning to receive a quote for 3 policies. Was instructed to leave a voicemail and my call would be returned. Never received a call back. Plenty of insurance agents out there, so will take my business elsewhere.

I can't say enough about how pleased I have been working with Freddie, Will, and the rest of the staff. They treat each individual client with a personal touch and make you feel like one of their own family. Staff is both courteous and responsive to questions and insurance related needs. If I could give this company a 0 star review I would. I have several rental properties in Cleveland and dealt with them for just over a year. They were virtually impossible to get a hold of when you needed them and they made changes to my policies without my consent. If I had a question I would hear back from them maybe 2 weeks later (If I was lucky). Most of the time I would get no response at all. When I cancelled my policies, they did not seem to care. I took my business to a company across the road and would strongly recommend you think twice about using this company. They were very quick and responsive at first in order to get my business but after that they didn't' care whatsoever.

nothing but incompetent staff. They take 10 days just to get you a quote despite promises of sooner. If you have escrow account for your homeowners insurance, they don't send the info to them for payment despite confirming coverage. If you have a lienholder on your auto, they don't notify them of the insurance coverage. when you want a specific (higher $) value coverage, they ignore your requests completely. They don't return phone calls, they don't respond to emails. whey you need to file a claim, they do everything to dodge your phone calls.
