If you see a policy holder and Brenda isn’t your rep then what are you doing ? Lol Jk, but I have been with the company for a little over a year now and I have single handled only work with Brenda V. And she has truly been a godsend. She is always quick with a response and has so much passion and empathy towards her clients. My most recent car accident (no one was hurt) she walked with me through the whole process and make sure sure my insurance was right even when the other driver’s insurance failed to show up. I’m so grateful for her and her spirit. She is truly the best !!

First-time homebuyer working with Michelle at The Insurance Loft. Michelle was professional and easy to work with, and able to answer questions I had. I did not actively try to search for other insurance options myself other than getting a quote from my current auto & renter's insurance provider, but of the 3 options Michelle found for me (bundled home and auto), one of them was the option that saves me the most money while still having all the coverage I wanted.
