In late November, my brother decided to buy a second home in Estes Park. Alison and Nicole went above and beyond to find him something that met his specific needs which included a large space for his workshop. Alison spent hours and hours actively searching for properties within his price range that offered the space he needed. Both my brother and I were impressed with the amount of time and care given us. Since my brother lives in Texas, I was his eyes and ears here. Alison always responded quickly to any request my brother or I had. He found the right property in a short time. As occasionally happens, the contract details proved to be challenging, but Alison was on top of everything that came up. I highly recommend her firm.

We purchased our 7th home in 2020 after looking for our perfect mountain home over a period of 10 years. During that long period of home shopping, Allison Gilbert showed us over a dozen properties! We had many non-negotiable requirements for our "DREAM Rocky Mountain Home", and I figured Allison would grow weary of us...BUT, she never did and in fact gave us every impression that she was delighted to work for us and would persist until we found that perfect place! The day we found our home we had two properties lined up for Allison to show; the first property was very nice and in fact we though we might have found "the one". However, as soon as she brought us onto the second property, it was love at first sight, we had indeed found our dream home!!! Then began the gruelling process of negotiating, financing, and a few other obstacles...Allison took care of us every step of the way and I assure you she will show you more genuine care and realtor support than you will likely find anywhere else! We met Joy in 2015 when she worked with a local Property Management company. The company was ok - but it was meeting Joy, and knowing she would be on the team - that convinced us to sign up! Joy brings her energy, enthusiasm and skill to everything she takes on. We loved working with Joy, as she always exceeded our expectations.
Joy ended up leaving that particular company back in 2016. We should have left as well, at that time. Joy knew that Management Company was not for her!

Alison highly recommended Estes Valley vacation rentals even though she does not have a property that they manage.  From the beginning sit down, Jeff and Trent lied about everything just to get my business.  They lied about the # of guests to allow, they lied about not using Alison's photographer who was going to give me a lower price than the photographer they wanted to use.  Then they rearranged all of my furniture, pictures, and kitchen without my permission!
I had 148 5 star reviews.  I knew what I was doing when I managed it myself.  Then I got 3 calls about a clogged toilet from Trent.  Isn't this why you use a prop.mgr, so you don't hear about a  clogged toilet!
Worst of all they didn't pay me on the 10th or 15th.  I finally called Alison on the 27th to call this prop Mgr she highly recommended, to find out if I ever would get paid by them.  Only then did they immediately send my money.

Beware of Estes Valley Vacation Rentals!!!
