I’ve been using Great Lakes for about 5 years now and have always had positive experiences with them. They usually respond within an hour whenever I reach out. They also routinely check to see if they can find me a better rate without me even having to ask. In my experience they truly care about their customers. When it comes to regular expenses, insurance may be the only one that I don’t feel like I have to constantly cross shop in order to avoid getting ripped off. Highly recommend.
