Elijah is the most patient, understanding agent I’ve worked with. He took the time to explain everything to me in terms I could understand. I found The Eatmon Agency through my FB friend. I dealt with Elijah. I'm sure his father is good as well, but I specifically wanted to support him because he's young and new to the business. I reached out later in the evening for an auto policy for my son. He responded and said he'll run the numbers in the morning. The following morning he contacted me as promised. His professionalism and speediness led me to call back a few days later for my other son and purchase another policy. The second auto policy was done in about 30 minutes. I highly recommend this company!!!

We will never conduct business with this agency ever again!!! He is extremely unprofessional and ridiculous to deal with. As a dealer any lien holder should be able to work with an insurance agency with ease. He has done nothing but make it difficult to work with us and our customers!!! Rest assure it will advised to all our customers to go elsewhere for their insurance needs!!!
