I would like to commend our Portfolio Assistant, Ashley Digou! She has been with us for the better part of the year, and is efficient, gets back in a timely fashion, and is very thorough. Her commitment to great customer service come through clearly. We are in the process of changing to a new software property management system (TownSq). In answering my many questions (as Board Chair), she offered to do that in person via Zoom. She walked our group of 4 trustees through the new software, and fielded many questions. I think we all left with a much better understanding of where to locate and better utilize information. When asked, she made suggestions about what additional options we have, and offered continued help as we navigate this new software. Fabulous Job, Ashley!

We are a mixed use condominium with 81 residential units, a nursing home and rehab center, and a commercial garage. We had managed the property ourselves in the past and decided to give the professionals a try. Glad we did! We are getting the best financials we've ever had. We didn't have a Capital Reserves Plan. They connected us with professionals to help us get that done. They discovered we had an envelope problem and Dartmouth brought in engineers to help us identify the scope of the problem and they caught some serious damage that we didn't know about in the early stages. They identified grants that allowed us to replace our internal and external common area lighting for free. They've identified grants/subsidies to add EV charging stations. Because they are a part of a larger organization and are managing many facilities both inside and out of Massachusetts, they have a lot of knowledge and resources to draw upon. If we have a problem, they can pick up the phone and find one of their associates who has experience or who can help us find the necessary resources. We could never do that when we managed on our own. They are worth the investment.

Not impressed. No property manager at premises. Took 2 months to empty dog feces containers,second time this happened as spilling over to grounds. Send emails first time around and no responses. This last time so disgusted didn't bother. A neighbor told me we have no maintainence person and,the company was interviewing for a 3rd one, not sure where #1 and #2 went.Four emails send for broken glass outside the entrance door,when plow came first time this season it just spread out further so picked up myself. I am sure if a dog or children in building got cut that the bill would not be covered by company. Other issues as well. Basically a huge lack of communication, not to mention never met the company. We only had a quick zoom.

The HOA fee at my condo is insanely high for no reason. My drive way is shared with another unit, her side which was just as bad as mine got redone last year because she fell and got injured. Are you guys just waiting for another injury? I’ve reached out numerous times about it getting fixed with little to no response.

Adrienne Hullum of the Dartmouth Group has been an absolutely outstanding head concierge at the Bristol in Wellesley, Ma. She greets everyone with a huge smile, positivity and enthusiasm and conducts herself with the upmost professionalism. I am a new resident and she made me feel welcome and made numerous introductions to the other residents. She’s always willing to help and many of my family, friends and vendors have commented on how wonderful she’ is. I’m very grateful for all she has done for me.

Sharing that my experience with Adrienne Hullum, the Community Manager for The Bristol in Wellesley: Adrienne goes above and beyond to always make guests and residents feel welcome and supported. She is always available to help with coordinating things around the building, managing the community spaces and ensuring things run smoothly.
