I lived in Millscreek and even though I wasn’t a owner I rented a property there for 1 year until the owner at the last minute decided he wanted to sell the property, but I was given the opportunity to buy but declined and here’s why : the homes are highly overpriced for it to be a so called “gated community” and still be Cleveland literally minutes away from miles-union area and across the street from the hood! I’ve heard gunshots and not to mention the week I moved my BMW 2017 was stolen out my driveway and my neighbor proved video footage of a vehicle pulling up a person jumps out and was pulling car door handles to see whose doors were unlocked, not to mention I noticed my car gone at 5a called Cleveland Police Department they never came so I had to go to the 4th district and make the report myself! Cleveland police then arrived to my home at 2pm! RIDICULOUS, beautiful home, WRONG AREA!

I purchased a condo and had the displeasure of dealing with the Coral Company. Laylah was my contact person and it would take multiple texts, emails, phone calls and a message in a bottle to get a reply for what I considered to be important. When she did reply it was misinformation and days of begging for the correct info. Example, it took well over a month to get the correct information as to how to set up Internet w a shared Internet plan in the building....8 months later and I still do not have a key fab, plus I am and have been locked out of my mailbox. Peter Rubin the CEO called me, apologized and put me right back on touch w Laylah and the beat goes on..

They don't work for the HOA, they work for themselves abd a collection agency. My hoa is missing fees because they block payment so they can get late fees.

Appropriately $400. per month, if a owner has a complaint, or grievance They do not nothing! Calls, email's, letters, nothing matters. This company doesn't not care if a massive Tree falls across the road or on a house. They don't care if private contractor's use a owner's property for a job site, they couldn't care less, about any of the owners, apart from the board members and their families. They receive (white glove) service. As the rest of community is intentionally ignored or discriminated against!

I lease an office space at 20620 John Carroll Blvd. I'm pleased to offer this review. My interactions with the leasing staff have been seamless. They have worked hard to accommodate the few requests I've made for help, expeditiously and thoroughly. I especially appreciate the timely communications from Laurie Devore regarding weather and maintenance events that may affect us, ensuring that our business are not adversely affected. Lakesha Miller has been my go to point of contact and her assistance has been invaluable. I'm glad to have this business relationship with Coral Management.

Requested 5 weeks ago that Laura (property manager) review security footage to find my belongings that were taken from the community laundry room, they began to review the footage but did not follow through with looking at the full time frame. After multiple unanswered messages, they informed me that they now cannot look back at the footage due to switching the camera lines. They told me the switch took place a week and a half ago, so there was 4 weeks in which they could have found my stolen items but simply did not.
Extremely disappointed, and they have no additional solution to offer me. 5 weeks of consistent requests only to be told there is no other options due to their own inaction. Would strongly consider against working with this company or living in their properties if this is how they handle their residents concerns.

One of the most dishonest Landlords I have have ever dealt with in my whole career. Company lied to me and ended up not paying me a huge commercial fee .

I am now just seeing a response from my original Post. I had a commission letter with Mr,. Rubin for Bringing in a good tenant into his Glenville shopping center. He changed the deal at the12 th hour and did not have the decency to call me directly . I was never on the referenced call you had in your response with the tenant . The tenant was never going to pay our fee. The center was in default with the city of Cleveland as the main lender . My tenant made it possible to sell the shopping center and getting Mr Rubin and his partnership some monies for their investment .

As for your statement that Coral pays brokers. It is well known with commercial brokers in the city that this is not true.
