I want to recognize Robin Gagel as the ONLY competent person in the whole foundation risk/ Cincinnati insurance company! In 5 years she is the only person who ever actually helped me when I needed anything. I’d give HER 5 stars but my general insurance needs were 2 stars at best.

The claim adjuster Katie Stickel and supervisor Joshua Mason has neglected to do their responsibilities and do a proper investigation. I will be submitting a review with BBB regarding the disrespectful and distasteful experience that has been a major inconvenience to my life. I have been interrupted multiple times and disrespected when addressing my concerns. Please be aware of the organizations business practices, before you elect into choosing insurance with them!

Absolutely horrendous insurance company.
A client of mine recently filed a roof claim due to hail damage. We sent in a storm date for the date of loss and Cincinnati Insurance is refusing to use the storm date. Since the ladder assist company they sent out agreed the roof has hail damaged, they are taking this angle to avoid paying. I have never seen this done before by an insurance company.
They are only using one particular software that is fairly new to track hail storms. They are doing anything in their power not to pay out claims. Be aware and do your research before you decide to use them as your insurance company.

I’ve been trying for ages to get a loss/run report from them. They won’t respond. Absolutely ridiculous. Whoever runs this company should be ashamed. I can not get away from this insurer fast enough.

Avoid this company at all cost. They will rake you over the coals to move up rates and then slow pay and under pay your claims. They work with a auditing company “davies-group” thats only job is to take more of your money, yet they treat you like you need them and owe them something. Insurance is a mess and this company is the toilet of that mess.

I am very disappointed in this company. I had a commercial policy and I was treated very poorly. I would not recommend this company if you have a small business. They took almost $400 and I didn’t even have coverage for three months. I still haven’t received a refund. Where is my money!!!

I just finished a home owners claim process with Cincinnati Insurance and could not be happier. The adjuster was on site quickly and gave a fair assessment of the damage to our home. After the contractor completed the repairs, our adjuster actually increased the final payment amount due to extra unseen repairs that were needed. The whole experience was a stress free.
I would highly recommend Cincinnati Insurance for your home owners policy.

Genuinely the least compassionate and least effective representative I have ever dealt with is based out of Lexington. They laughed while saying the damage at their client's shop was not their problem and "I could try" to deal with the other company. Impossible to get a hold of- would not call people back, My personal insurance had to hound them for a response and even my insurance's adjuster commented on the level of incompetence and laziness.
