I lived in this apartment complex and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. The management was always professional, friendly, and attentive—quick to address any questions or needs efficiently. The maintenance team also deserves special recognition: always punctual, responsible, and detail-oriented in their work.

It’s also a very peaceful and safe place, perfect for anyone looking for comfort and quiet in their daily life. I truly felt at home during my time living there. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality place to live

Last year back in August I was looking for an apartment in Lewis Center. After having some tours, I came to Grand at Polaris and met Lindsey. Within few minutes of the tour and my discussion with her, I knew I made the right choice. It has been 8+ months and the stay has been wonderful. Apartments, neighborhood, walking area, attending to any of my minor complaints like faucet /refrigerator issues were taken as top priority. Lindsey and Myah has that personal touch with the tenants. It was so nice of keeping track of the resident's birthday and deliver a cookie with a handwritten birthday wish. Every I stop by the office they both are always eager to help me with whatever question I have. Crew, one of their repairmen is extremely friendly and takes care of the repairs like I mentioned earlier. It has been great staying here in Grand at Polaris. It is like my extended family.

Regan at Summerview Apartments was absolutely wonderful! I have had my eyes on this Apartment complex for quite some time. From the moment I first walked in the door, to the time leaving, she made me feel Right at Home. She was extremely friendly and professional. Unfortunately, I won’t be moving here this year, but she is keeping me in the system. I also appreciated how she kept in touch with me with updates. Thanks again Regan! I couldn’t be happier with my experience living at The Heights at Worthington Place! From the moment we moved in, the community managers have made us feel like part of the family. They are always friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about making sure every resident is comfortable. It’s clear that they go above and beyond to create a positive, welcoming environment.

The property is always well maintained, with clean common areas and well-kept grounds. Any time I’ve had a question or request, it’s been handled promptly and with such professionalism – I’ve had zero maintenance issues, which is such a relief!

One of my favorite things about living here is the amazing sense of community. The residents are friendly and considerate, and the management hosts regular events that really help foster connections between neighbors. The location is perfect – close to everything I need, yet peaceful and quiet at the same time.

Overall, this is truly the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. I feel lucky to call it home and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place where you’re treated with care and respect.

We have been here (The Attleigh) since May of 2023 and have really enjoyed our overall experience! If there are any issues staff handles them promptly and is always very kind about it. The property is always very well maintained and they offer many events, activities, and resident gifts as a thank you! Justice and Nathan are extremely kind and are a big highlight of living here, 10/10 recommend.

Excellent condo, very quiet. I've been living here for a year, everything is fine. If the apartment has any problems, the maintenance staff is very quick to assist you, along with the manager, Abby Spoelstra. She's always willing to help you with the best possible disposition. She's super responsible, organized, and kind. She tries to solve everything you need in the best way possible. I feel like she's helped me a lot here in resolving issues.
