Karl is great at what he does and frankly I don't know how he keeps up with all of the changes & annual certifications - it sounds so exhausting! Karl happens to be my cousin and I turned to him when I retired a few years ago. He listened to my situation carefully and proposed an excellent provider and plan that has not needed any changes since! I so enjoy his regular newsletter updates with his thoughtful insights, advice, and heads up commentaries ;~) He's always been a joy!

I highly recommend Karl Bruls Kyler of The Big 65 (thebig65.com). Karl was fantastic in helping me get the Supplemental Medicare insurance and Part D coverage I needed. Karl was easy to contact, easy to schedule with, and very responsive. During the whole process he demonstrated his knowledge and deep understanding of the issues and was helpful and recognized and addressed my own needs and concerns.

Karl and I met by phone early on and discussed my needs. He was very helpful and informative on the initial call. Later we had a second call and discussed in depth exactly what coverage and what providers and costs were available, but determined that it was too soon to apply for the insurance coverage. Yesterday, we had a final call and actually applied for the Medicare Supplemental plan and Part D and I have already been accepted by the providers of both.
