Do not go here. They are sloppy and careless. This is my second year using this company. The first year bob temen put my wrong account number. Now this year he put my child on both mine and her dad's tax return causing one of us to get the wrong amount. When he realized he made a mistake he not only didn't care to call and inform us but is also refusing to call me back. I've been playing tag with his office for 2 weeks trying to get an answer only to be met with excuses, and unprofessionalism. They state he has " clients" he's dealing with. What about the one you screwed up on.... Twice? I don't matter? Not even a phone call back? Too scared to speak to the client who you screwed out of $1,400 ?

Front desk staff is a joke in its self. Unprofessional and rude not to mention old and careless.

Do not file your taxes with this place. Absolutely the worst business I have ever dealt with. And I will be reporting him to the proper authorities for negligence. It's supposed to be a professional tax office, this is literally your job and you still put the same child on two different taxes and refused to call the person who it affected the most. And still refuses to call back.

Absolutely unprofessional, rude, and straight up negligent. And who has to pay? We did!! Avoid this place at all cost.
