Horrible, horrible, horrible service. I had my taxes prepared by Chris and the service I received was absolutely terrible. Prior to having my taxes done I met with Chris on Feb. 15, 2022, to find out the cost and time it will take to do my taxes. He told me $350.00, and my taxes would be prepared and ready the same day I come in. When I arrived for my next appointment, I forgot additional paperwork. Within 2 days I provided the additional documentation. The lack of communication is also unsatisfactory. I received a call from one of his employees asking I provide more documentation. After the call ended, I called back asking for that same employee to confirm it was Chris office calling me. In no way will I hand over or email any documents unless I confirm whose requesting. We live in an era of identity theft, fraud, scam, and hacking. I felt he could of at least let me know someone from his office may contact me if additional documentation is needed. You would think this is a no brainer considering you’re in the business of having clients name, address, social security number, and other sensitive information. This is vital to me that a CPA strives to keep my personal sensitive information private. I also emailed him to inquire as to the status of my taxes and he responds 3 days later. I didn’t even waste my time to respond. What he thought he previously sent me via email he never sent. Today, it’s Mar. 15, 2022, and my taxes are finally done after calling twice to follow-up. Having to wait ONE month to get my taxes done is insane. Never again, this was my first and last visit to Temen, Kaiser, Farros.
