Went well! A guy named J.R. Stanley assisted me with my visit today, and it went amazingly well. I am a new member and I was helped in the best way possible. There was also a woman working the orange “Member Services” desk, who was working hard to give everyone the best service possible!

A worker in my region went above and beyond to help me set up my first bank account. We entered telhio and talked with another worker, who seemed on the fence with helping me and my mother create an account for me, being that it was so close to the cut off time for doing so (4:00 pm) but she talked with others and got us referred to Shelby. Whom was very kind and witty, helping us through every step of the process and not giving us grief when the process had us going past 4:00 and then 5:00 pm. She gave us answers to all of our questions and gave me helpful instructions for setting up the app. She did a wonderful job, even though she had only recently moved to this location. She even told me how to save my money by setting up a direct deposit into my account so as to avoid the fee. She made getting my first bank account smooth and fun. Thank you so very much! I'd recommend going to telhio to bank. They have good customer service and easy banking. 10/10 service.

Our bank was moving to an inconvenient location, and we were looking to change banks anyway. When we met Jared with Telhio we knew we had found a great place for our accounts. We have SEVERAL accounts now. Our personal accounts, our business accounts, and it is great that our kids can have their beginning accounts as well. Everyone has been really helpful.
