If you want an accounting of your worth, count Tejal Dhruve CPA firm. She is very knowledgeable and up to date with all day to day changes. She is always guiding and providing tips for personal and business accounting (financial planning, Kids college plan, retirement saving, saving money tips on tax returns, risk assessment, etc). If you want to slide goofy things to your tax return, then she is very straight to decline it, that’s why I see bad review from peoples who wish to cheat IRS and negotiate money for services with Tejal Dhruve firm. As a small business owner, I have been using Tejal Dhruv CPA, LLC for more than 5 years for my business as well as personal taxes. They also handle my payroll, quarterly as well as annual taxes. I have always found Tejal Dhruv to be very professional and business oriented. She will help her clients to the extent permissible by the law but never cross the line. Couple of employees live outside of Ohio and she also handles associated payroll and taxes. This also requires knowledge of the tax code in other states. Tejal Dhruve is simply GREAT!!
I’ve worked with Tejal over the last several years since she started. Tajel has handle my personal and none profit organizations (GMOCO & FIA) taxes very meticulous and thorough. First year with her, Tejal spent good time to reviewed previous years returns in details. If you like having one on one personal experience with your accountant, you will get exactly with Tejal. She TRULY CARE about single taxpayer individual who walks in to her office and not feel like you a matter or a person. She makes the tax season bearable by taking care of everything and you know where you stand by the April 15th deadline.

She is an extremely irresponsible tax consultant, who doesn't value your time or money. First, she doesn't have in-depth knowledge about taxes if you own a business, have suffered losses or any other special case. Second, we were under the impression that after a 1.5 hour long meeting prior to which we had submitted most of the documents, we would be done, but that wasn't the case. She needed more time. Third, very late in the game, she told us that she couldn't do our taxes, and deleted our account with her without giving us a chance to retrieve our documents. Finally and most importantly, ALL OUR TAXES FILED WERE WRONG. the number she had given us was completely different from ours.We had to spend thrice the amount of time that we had already wasted with her. Terrible experience!

Made a mistake that cost us over a thousand dollars. We used them again, and asked them to fix the error. Instead they canceled our preparation just two weeks before the deadline. We had to rush out and find someone else in a hurry. Deeply unprofessional. Avoid at all costs!
