Terrible company, there was a manager at Orchard Park that was very belittling and combative with us while living there, it was bad from the beginning when she moved us into a dirty apartment and just said “take it or leave it” right as we were moving from another state and had already signed the lease. When I brought up my concerns to not only her manager but this company that manages the site they said they stood by her and would not even investigate. Just overall if you can avoid renting anywhere this company holds any power I would avoid completely. I see why so many people complain about them now, a little to late but lesson well learned… never again!

Terrible organization. I have lived at one of their properties for almost 3 years now and have so far dealt with neglect and poor overall ownership of the complex. I want to make it clear that the staff on site is fantastic, frankly. However, they are forced to operate under an overlord that is unprofessional and overcharges for what they offer their residence. Again, the staff, maintenance crew are amazing people and have treated us well, which is why we have stayed. But problems including CO2 leaks, water leaks/damage, constant interruption from redundant and unnecessary services, and most importantly, increased pricing that does not align with the value of what is being offered at their properties. I would steer clear of their properties moving forward or at least review what you are getting from them carefully, as it might not be what it seems.
EDIT: When I reached out to Team Asset Management Corp. with my questions regarding the increased pricing, I was never replied to. Instead, the front office of the complex that I live at (not Team Asset Management Corp) called me to say that nothing could be done and that's just the way it was. No attempt to retain a young and exceptional tenant in their community.

Edit 2024: The State of Colorado has declaired the pet fee was unlawful and is illegal. A forced reduction of the fee and refund is being provided to me and many other tennents!This also means their below reply is morally and factually incorrect, and was so when it was written.

My husband just passed away and these people are making it as difficult as they possibly can to have my deposit refunded. Even after furnishing them with a death certificate, they are making me provide them with notarized affidavits! Thank you Team Asset for making things even more difficult than they already are during this time of grieving. I really appreciate it.

Terrible customer service! No word on my security deposit until I had to call them and they conveniently mailed out my information today. Brenda told me that she is too busy to tell me if I'm being refunded anything and that she couldn't tell me over the phone anyway. Are you kidding me? Research their properties and do not rent there. Awful service with no compassion. They were happy to take my money for five years, but couldn't take a few moments to let me know if I'm getting a refund. TERRIBLE!

They have so-so properties, do not care about their tenants, and will not take your complaints seriously. Rent elsewhere if you can, it's easy to find property managers with better reviews.
