I had a great experience at this branch. The bankers greeted me promptly and Brianna S. was extremely helpful with an issue I've been trying to get answers about for months. She was very patient and thorough in exploring the issue with me related to our mortgage. Seeing bankers in person at this branch is the way to go. Thank you again Brianna!

I had the most wonderful experience at this bank, and I'm genuinely surprised by the negative reviews. My visit yesterday left me extremely satisfied with their service. The staff went above and beyond to assist me, and their dedication to customer satisfaction was truly remarkable.
I was attended to by Jasmine Hall and another lady (unfortunately, I didn't catch her name), and both of them were absolutely fantastic. Their level of professionalism combined with their friendly and approachable demeanor made me feel valued as a customer. They patiently addressed all my questions and concerns, ensuring that I left with a clear understanding of the services available to me.
It's evident that this bank is committed to providing excellent customer service, and my personal encounter is a testament to that. Despite the negative reviews I came across online, I can confidently say that my experience was outstanding. The negative feedback on Google Maps does not reflect the true quality of service this bank offers.

They are sort of friendly but I had such a strange experience. I had to get a new card because my other one was closed based on disputes. So I got the check from one of the employees to deposit .01 into my account, I had to write something down (something I was listening to me earbuds), I came back in to grab a pen since the guy at the ATM was slow anyway. So I go to write & I randomly hear a yell “Oh! I signed the back already”! And then I heard chuckles and someone say ‘stupid’, I held up my notebook and yelled I’m writing something else down in my notebook! It was rude and made me uncomfortable, I’m in my 40s…clearly not an idiot. There was other things that happened there but I would take up too much space to write. I swear some people don't need to watch others so hard. WEIRDOS.

Be aware. If you go to pay off a vehicle they won’t give you any kind of receipt saying it’s paid off. They won’t give THEIR customer any type of receipt. Crazy. Literally every other legitimate bank will give you a confirmation, but it’s all good I’m just super glad I don’t bank here and dodged a bullet.

ATM inaccessible outside of branch operating hours. Constantly malfunctions when trying to deposit cash. Never enough tellers so there’s always a long line. Every transaction requires at least 20 mins. Higher fees than other banks. It’s actually americas least convenient bank.

I enjoy TD itself but, since you took away the location in Arnold. I have to travel to Annapolis. Its an inconvenience for me and I'm sure others. So yesterday I made my way after hours and the door would not open with my card. Times before you were remodeling and I couldn't gain access to the ATM as well there is no drive thru ATM.

I walked into the td bank in Annapolis deposited 300 dollars cash to find out later they put it in another person's account weeks and all I get is the run around the main head quarters say I have to deal direct with the Annapolis branch after Manny failed attempts no one at td will giveme my 300 dollars
I'm finding another bank fyi this is the third time it happened the other branch took care of it right away. I'm out 300 now

make appointment for Lobby before I came.but when I get there They not allowed me into lobby to open my business account . They said they are not open for lobby ,but who took my appointments yesterday ? They force me open business account in drive tru . I can”t believe that people can open the account in drive thru . I have some questionS for open a new account but they still let me do it by drive thru . Not provide any effective solution. . Customer service here don’t have ability to solve you problems, no explanation for the ridiculous service. I would like to give the people who received my phone today 00000 star . Can you imagine that you Open account by drive thru ,and a long line waiting there for you ? Good things is I found another Td bank in Annapolis, that was amazing 🙂 .
