I truly can’t say enough about Jeff and his team at Tax Beacon! For years I dreaded tax time when I handled it myself for the headache and possible errors, I then went to HR Block and after a year there they wanted to charge me over $500 for a very simple return. I then found Tax Beacon!! Each year I’ve trusted them with my taxes I have been pleasantly surprised, they’re friendly, efficient, affordable and they make sure you get the best refund possible!!

Nothing but great things to say about Jeff and his team. He helped me to adjust my deductions and we broke even last year! Jeff sends super helpful and FUN email newsletters. Who can say THAT about their tax professional?

Awful experience do not recommend. I specifically called prior to scheduling my appointment and asked what documents I needed to bring based on my situation all information that was given was what items I can write off and even that was vague. When I got to the appointment the lady was very rude and condensending when I asked questions, she acted as if I knew which new laws had been passed and seemed irritated I didn't have those documents with me. Needless to say after feeling the negative vibe and energy I walked out of the appointment. The lady was shocked and asked if it was something she did or said. It absolutely was!!! Maybe she needs to find a new occupation because helping people doesn't seem like something she does well. The lady that shared the office seemed pleasent and the lady at the front desk was also pleasent never got a chance to meet with Jeff so i can't speak on him but I hope he reads this so that no one else will have this same experience and maybe moving forward tell people what needs to be brought to the appointment. I typically do my own taxes but started a business so wanted to go to an expert. but as if starting a business isn't hard and stressful enough now trying to find someone to help navigate through the first year taxes shouldn't also be stressful. Very dissatisfied and now I have to find someone else in the midst of the busy season

Jeff is great! This is the 2nd year he has prepared my return. He’s very knowledgeable and precise. Last year he did two state returns for me after moving here. My last tax preparer did my taxes for over 10 years, and I was apprehensive about finding someone new to replace him, but Jeff has easily filled that bill. I am very happy with his team, Karen especially. You can’t go wrong with Tax Beacon.

I have been going here for 4 years now and always feel so welcomed. The entire staff is very friendly and Jeff is extremely easy to talk to. Everyone is knowledgeable and wants you to get the most return possible. Jeff is always up on the latest news and follows closely so when doing your taxes he knows what will benefit you the most. I never feel silly asking questions and Jeff makes understanding taxes easy. We will continue to go here for many years to come!

We have been seeing Jeff for 3 years now. He is officially our tax guy! I love how throughout the year I can email him with questions regarding tax and income stuff, and he responds in such a timely manner. Great service, he's friendly and knowledgeable. We appreciate his hard work; from doing our taxes to sending us informative emails regarding the crazy changes occurring in the world regarding stimulus packages.
