If i could give zero stars i would. Tanya sold my mother an insurance policy for her condominium my mother being on a fixed income asked Tanya to make sure she had full coverage since she doesnt have money to fix anything put of pocket. She was sold a policy that was renters only and has $26,000 dollars worth of structure coverage that coveres nothing. She had a flood that damadged the furnace Hot water tank leaked into the dining room all the carpeting flooring and sub floor had to be removed in the dining room and half bathroom. Part of the drywalll had to be removed in the dining room and bathroom water got underneath the kitchen cabinets and those need replaced. Drywall in basement is damadged celing tiles were damadged and fell through garage celing is damadged and has a hole in it. Electrical system is damadged and needs fixed. The estimate is $47,000 what is she suppose to do the home has mold and is not livable as it is. Beware dont trust this agency. They will lie to you.

Although I've found the women (just the women) I've interacted with here to be professional and honest, overall my experience is one of dishonesty and arrogance and questionably illegal behavior by this office. I was signed up without my consent or even notification for some kind of 'renters insurance' or whatever, at any rate it didn't even apply to me as I lived in a fully insured property. I was told (by a male) that it was to save me money (but apparently none of my business). Worse though, my vehicle became disabled almost a year ago and I was unable to renew it's license. I still kept paying insurance on it for 6 months or so, thinking I could get it repaired and licensed. Finally I suspended my insurance and shortly thereafter my car was junked. A few months later I noticed a charge on my checking account from Allstate. I called to complain and (a man) answered and informed me it was my "reinstatement fee". I did not request reinstatement as I do not own a vehicle. He explained to me that "in the state of Ohio you must purchase auto insurance if you have a driver's license even if you don't own a vehicle". I highly doubt that. Anyway, I told him to cancel my insurance and he said "I'll put in a request for your policy cancellation". Today I received another bill for my policy. I guess my "request" was denied. Also, online, I can't review any of my policies or history. They do nothing when I select them. Would not recommend this outfit as they are now at all. And, by the way, I'm a male and not 'just an angry woman' as some might unjustly think. I just appreciate professionalism and honesty, and I expect it. Just pointing out gender so you know with whom you're speaking.

I had a "TERRIBLE" experience dealing with Tanya D. Howard-Grace's homeowners insurance agency. I've had an homeowners insurance policy with Grace financial for approximately ten years now. On (3) seperate occasions when I filed a claim with Tanya D. Howard-Grace/ Grace Financial, all of them were mysteriously denied with an insubstantial explanation. On my most previous claim it was denied "immediately", even though I had apparent visible windstorm damage. I filed a complaint with proof that Tanya's agency preferably (Mandel McCrainey) were being "bias" and "dishonest" in regards to their examination of my roof (they had "old" photos attached to my new claim- from a previous claim that they denied). After I filed a complaint in relations to this incident. Christopher Frost, (who's their boss!!!) ***(who was EXCELLENT)*** followed up with my complaint, he addressed my roofing matters/issues, re-opened my claim, investigated & expedited my claim and ensured that services were rendered for my roof. Tanya called me "after" the complaint was filed and offered assistance, only because she was aware that I had reached out & spoken to the "higher-ups" to get things done right & ensure that I was treated fairly. I'm currently in the process of finding a "NEW AGENT". Tanya D. Howard-Grace/Grace Financial receive👎🏽👎🏽from me!!!!! Thanks to CHRISTOPHER FROST😊👌🏽👍🏽 doing his part- ensured me that there's hope for loyal customers/clients such as myself that may have been treated unfairly!
