PLEASE BEWARE! I lived at The Pixel for a year and there was always something wrong. Like other reviewers have said, if I could I would give this place negative stars. Randall/Tampa Bay Asset Mgmt is at best, an incompetent landlord. At worst, a thief and a liar. I've had problems since the moment I signed the lease. Delays in me moving in, days without power, winter nights without heat, termites, mice, fleas, a GIANT roof leak for 2 months, and now that I have moved out he's holding onto my security deposit like he does with many tenants. I'm unfortunately going to have to take this to court to get my money back. I've always been an extremely respectful tenant, paying my rent on time, and leaving my units in incredible condition. Randall BLOCKED my phone number after I requested multiple times for him to fix my roof so I still can't communicate with him and have to go through his assistant, who is of little help. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT rent from here. The cheap rent is not worth the hell you will be put through.

Tampa Bay Asset Management has handled my rental contracts for multiple years now, my experience has been overall much better then if I was managing my properties myself, I tried that route in the past and it is very easy to get overwhelmed with tenant issues. Unless there are serious issues they are able to address all the issues that as a owner make my skin crawl and blood boil (if you own properties you know what I am talking about). They have been a great liaison for me to the tenant and alleviate most of the issues I once despised, if not for them I would have sold all of my properties years ago. They have also done that for me too. I appreciate the relief, Thanks

If I could give this place negative Stars I would. I lived in oak park apartments for about 3 years. This company managed my apartment complex. During that time I had to deal with periods of having no AC in the hot summer months because the unit was from the 70s and the owner, Randall Cortner was too cheap to replace it. I had leaks in the ceiling, mold issues, safety issues and so on. I moved out June 1st of this year and left the apartment clean(as much as I could due to the disrepair) and requested my deposit back. Well randall seemed to disappear into thin space because he was no where to be found. He has by Florida law to return the deposit within 15 days of move out. Today is September 24th. It has been months since I moved out. I went to the BBB and they got a few responses back from him one stating that he was going to return my deposit on July 28th. Still have not seen the deposit and myself and the BBB have been ignored for weeks. Do not rent or buy any properties from this company or from Randall Cortner. They are liars and horrible businessmen.

We moved in January 2019. They said they would paint all the rooms and fix the electrical stuff and outlets and put a fire alarm in . We still haven't gotten one installed by them which is required by law and it's part of the code. We have no lights in the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room, apartment is on 2 different circuits so if the power goes out half of the apt will be out and the other half on. We have the door leaking in the front and the back, holes in the doors, exposed wires where a light used to be in the kitchen which is a fire hazard. They would send ppl to come fix and they would never come. We contact the owner and HE NEVER REPLIES AND EVEN DOESNT KNOW WHO WE ARE,ECT. nothing gets done and it's been over 7 months. Barely any outlets work. And we are paying 900 a month for this apartment that's destroyed. They said they would fix it all up b4 we moved in. They lied and they have been lying. We are sick and tired of it. Like how much do we have to beg to get things done. And they came once and haven't been back here since. Well, if we have a fire and there's no fire alarm it's not gonna be our fault. And we handed the landlord marches rent and then they lost it.
