I had issues getting answers about how the scoring of the Drive Safe and Save program affects discounts, but Tammy White resolved this beautifully.

This office deserves 5 stars for their transparency and care for their clients, but I find the State Farm company overall disappointing. The Drive Safe and Save program is completely misleading; apparently BARELY ANY of your safe driving affects your discount - it's almost exclusively your mileage.

I will likely cancel as I review my options, but this office is still great.

We’ve recently moved to insuring our home, auto and umbrella policy needs with Tammy White’s agency just over a week ago and our experience thus far has been nothing short of being exceptional. Worked closely with Rachel in transferring over our policies and she’s been very courteous has done a phenomenal job in going over various options that best suited our needs, at a very competitive pricing. The real deal is their willingness to help and resolve in case of any claims with the same level of courteousness (we had an incident and had to go through replacing windshield on one of our cars within a week of signing up with them) was commendable.
