If I could put 0 stars I would! I came with Daniel and everything was fine. I even recommended my mom to come and she had an appointment with Daniel but for some reason she got a lady. Most likely Daniel’s wife. Well point is, the lady seemed to be rushed. My mom was told she has to pay 16k back! And when my mom showed her the deductions she had. The lady said “no lo tenemos que poner no le van a bajar mucho”. With that being said, my mom decided to get a second opinion and she was charged by the lady $20 for the service! I’m not sure why she charged if I thought you can leave from a tax establishment. Fast forward to today, my mom went to an experienced professional and doesn’t have to pay anything back! In fact, she’s getting money back. Please people go to an experienced professional. We won’t be coming back here.
